Address Change
Please double check both billing and ship to addresses prior to check out. We ship to the address exactly as provided which will show on your order confirmation. We are happy to make changes to your shipping or billing address PRIOR to shipping. Once items have shipped a $15.00 change of address fee will apply. This fee covers the cost passed onto us by our shipping providers. Changes will be made following payment for change of address.
Gift Boxing/Wrapping and Cards
Please note that Gift Boxing /Gift Wrapping is available on selected items for a fee per item. Please contact us directly if you would like your items boxed or wrapped together. Boxing/Wrapping charges are added to the price of the product, but are not eligible for refund should your order be returned.
A gift card is also available. Please be as specific as possible to insure we represent your wishes clearly. Please specify any requirements, such as Birthday, Retirement, or Holiday in the comments or card section. Please include your gift message in the area specified, or in the comments section.
We do not include pricing on items or packing lists. We insure your gift is given in complete confidence - even if you choose not to gift wrap.

Warranties
We are so confident in our products that if for any reason, you don't like an item, you may return it for a full refund, shipping surcharges may apply. All terms of our "Return Policies" apply.
DO NOT REMOVE THIS TAG
All sweaters are sent with a hang tag, IAA tag, fiber swatch and a "do not remove this tag". By removing the tags you are agreeing that you want the item(s). If you are not certain, do not remove them. They are located in an area where you can still try on the item without removing them. We take this very seriously and will not, under any circumstances, take back items with the tags removed. This is a common practice among clothing companies to insure the quality of the item you are receiving and insuring that it has not been worn or used in any fashion prior to your enjoyment of the item.

Inca Fashions is the design branch of Inca Brands, who is the parent company of Alpaca Golf Sweaters. All designs, text, photographs and imagery are proprietary of Inca Brands, and subject to intellectual property rights. Infringement on these rights will not be tolerated.
We do our very best to present colors showcased in our photographs as true as possible, however each monitor has its own color settings. We strive to name our colors so that they can be easily identified.
Due to the "vintage" design of our apparel, if used in any type of production (film, theater, photography, etc.) a licensing and/or restocking fee may apply. Please contact us for production inquires.

When you make a purchase on AlpacaGolfSweaters.com you will be automatically added to receive our periodic email promotions. We are respectful and don't over use the privilege of emailing our customers - we just get excited about things and want to share that info with you!

Every email we send includes our full name, address and contact information so you can ensure that we are reputable company. We are a US company, a Division of Inca Brands, Inc. a Women owned, family business, with two generations working to bring you our Alpaca Links Golf knits.
As we enter into our second decade of business we want to thank those that worked with us along the way! Without you, it would not have been half as much fun. A special thank you to all the golfers featured on our site. These men are not models, however they are friends and impassioned golfers - some even self-declared hacks, who have unselfishly stepped off the course to give us their time in order to provide you authentic images and showcase our alpaca golf sweaters. A special thanks to my wonderful husband for all his modeling, time and support - and for not killing me along the way, which sometimes was a challenge. I love you! The best is yet to be!
